I completely forgot about the Botula homework until right now. FML.
It disappoints me that you chose Karen over Channing. Channing has proven herself to be an excellent dancer, both technically and emotinally, and I felt that she connected to the audience without becoming over the top or fake. Karen, on the other hand, may be a good dancer, but every single routine in which she has performed well was all about her sex appeal. I feel that she is getting by in the show because of her sexiness instead of her dancing. Her solo performance was not as good as Channing, nor was it fun or interesting at all. It only showed that she is able to strut around the stage and make flirty eyes at the audience. On the other hand, Channing’s solo showed emotion and technical excellence. Her routine was more fluid and flowing than Karen’s, and showed her ability to choreograph rather than push out her boobs. It saddens me that Nigel chose Karen because of her sexiness rather than choosing Channing because of her ability to dance. If Karen makes it to the top ten, my respect for the show will have sadly diminished.
Sincerely, Marina.
P.S. If you could let me know what Nigel’s address is, I would love love LOVE to send him some hate mail. No joke. Very much appreciated.
